He was predeceased by : his parents, Glen Foor and Dorothy Foor (Schwartz); his brother Frank Foor; his grandson Zach; and his wife Linda K. Foor (Fultz).

He is survived by : his sister Carrie Francis (Jim); his daughter Laura Speelman (Jason); and his grandchildren, Zec Speelman (Morgan), Alex Speelman, Cortney Bunker (Shane) and Bryce Speelman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
