We are sad to announce that on May 27, 2022, at the age of 24, Cody Kauf of Ontario, Ohio, born in Mansfield, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Paul, Emma Mae Kauf, Harry and Sandy Lewis; and his uncles, Ken Kauf and Randy Lewis.

He is survived by : his parents, Gary Kauf and Debra Kauf (Lewis); his brother Jimmy Smith; his uncles, Don Kauf, Ron Lewis (Lorri) and Rick Lewis (Christy); his nieces, Faith Smith and Kendall Smith; and his cousins, Heather, Holly, Summer, Tabitha (Bruce), Amanda (Adam), Brittany and Becca.
