He was predeceased by: his mother Cheryl Darlene Howell; and his father-in-law James Eugene Hecker. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Michael Howell Jr. and Jace Nathaniel Howell; his wife Jennifer LuAnn Howell (Hecker); his pet Champ; his father Jesse Howell; his brothers, Richard Howell (Debra) and John Howell (Jenifer); his mother-in-law Julia Darlene Hecker; and his siblings-in-law, Jessica Phillips (Bill) and Jonathon Hecker (Ashley). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM.
