He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Delva Littleton, Dardnell Kochheiser (Howard), Henry and Julia Fields; his father-in-law Bob Thompson; his grandparents-in-law, Vernon Gilmore and Mable Thompson; his grandchildren, Scarlett Fields and Arthur Fields; and his stepmother Fran Fields.
He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Thomas Fields, Sr. and Barbara Sweet (Fields); his fiancée Melanie Bowman; his children, Michael Thompson, Raynn Fields, Hunter Fields (Isabella) and Noah Fields; his siblings, Megan Fields, Brandy Stahle (Tim), Melody Parks (Leonard), Jeremiah Fields (Jamie), Meghan Mason (Jim) and Destiny Knee (Andrew); his mother-in-law Peggy Thompson; and his grandfather-in-law Velma Gilmore. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; family and friends; and his best friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Wappner Funeral Directors (100 Lexington Springmill Rd S, Ontario, OH 44906). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
