She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack C. Keller and Mildred Jeannette Keller (Cole); her husband Luther Hampton; her brother Mack Clayton Keller II; and her stepgrandson Matthew.

She is survived by: her son John Spangler (Patti); her stepdaughters, Patricia Terry (Ron) and Greta Riddle (Randy); her sister Susan Keller (John Ransone); and her sister-in-law Jane Keller. She is also survived by three grandchildren; eight step grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the First Christian Church Disciples of Christ or OhioHealth Hospice.
