She was predeceased by : her father Ralph Boylan; and her husband Donald Chambers. She is survived by : her children, Michael Chambers (Carol) and Elaine Navratil (Ken); her grandchildren, Jonathan Chambers (Linda), Adam Navratil (Greg), Elizabeth Daniels (DJ), Joel Chambers (Amanda) and Arron Navratil; her great grandchildren, Maddy, Zoe, Mae, Addison, Kit and Andre; and her siblings, Don Boylan of Lexington and Sandy Applebee of Ashland.
