He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard L. Shipley and Rachel Seymour Shipley. He is survived by: his daughter Connie; his son-in-law Charles Brinegar of Ontario; and his children, Debra Shipley Leavens of Jacksonville and Michael Shipley of Mt. Orab, Ohio..
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Snyder Funeral Homes, Marion Avenue Chapel (350 Marion Ave, Mansfield, OH 44903). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 12:45 PM at the Shauck Cemetery (7606 US-42, Mansfield, OH 44904).
