She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Vannoy and Mildred Vannoy (Kelley); and her brother William Vannoy. She is survived by: her husband Jacob E. Lisbon; her children, Kelley Harnett (Stephen), Jeffrey Lisbon (Marla) of Orangeville, Ohio and Terry Lisbon of San Diego, California; her grandchildren, Zackary Harnett of Warren, Victoria Lisbon of Kent and Noah Harnett (Cailee) of Masury, Ohio; and her great grandchild Kinsley.
