She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Collins and Alma Collins (Lyons); her son Phillip Sr.; her daughter-in-law Lynn; and her sister Ida.
She is survived by: her son Jeffery Mahnen (Susann); and her grandchildren, Phillip, Robert, Jospeh Kochanski, Chris and Mark Mahnen. She is also survived by 3 great- great grandchildren.
