He is survived by: his significant other Wanita; his brothers, George Zablocki (Betty), Richard W. Zablocki (Barbara) and Shirley Zablocki; and his stepchildren, Dawn Pioterek (Larry), Tony Perales (Faith) and Tina Laurell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
