He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Baker and Lavern Baker (Barnes); his son Justin Baker; and his brother-in-law John Leppla. He is survived by: his wife Laura E. Baker; his children, Jennifer Pardo, Aaron Albright (Debra K. (Garrison)) and Heather Baker; his daughter-in-law Corry Baker; his sister Kathy Leppla; his siblings-in-law, James A. Fletcher, Randall Fletcher (Amy) and Linda Corder; his father-in-law James D. Fletcher; and his grandchildren, Mason, Tyler, Lexi, Kassidy, Madilynn and James. He is also survived by great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Freck Funeral Chapel (1155 S Wynn Rd, Oregon, OH 43616). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Dave's Name to St. Jude Children's Cancer.
