She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Basil Hetz and Alta Hetz (White); her siblings, Butch, Sonny and Jude; her husband Robert Ettl; her daughters, Tammy Dee, Cindi Lynn, Terra Lee and Nikki DeAnn; her grandchildren, Dan, Kristi, Tiffani, Alex, Katie, Nicholas, Blake, Ayden, Tyler, Bryson, Kaylee and Cole; and her great grandchildren, Eli, Taryn, Nathen, Jaxten, Kami, Kaitlin, Kera and Khloe. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to a lung cancer research organization or a charity of your choice in Dee's memory.
