She was predeceased by: her husband Richard. She is survived by: her son Richard; her daughter-in-law Sherie; her grandchildren, Jessica, Richard, Chare, Derek, Aaron, Taylor, Mackenzie and Shannon; and her great grandchildren, Rogan, Ian, Haven, Eddy and Charley.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, 30000 East River Road, Perrysburg, Ohio 43551; or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
