She was predeceased by : her mother Estella M. Spade (Shook). She is survived by : her father Myron B. Spade; her husband David; her daughters, Dana Reichert (Andrew) and Lori Smith (Jeff); her grandchildren, Torrie Ruch (Clayton), Allison Reichert, Abigail Reichert and Cole David Smith; and her sister Sharon Spade.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 10th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home - Oregon Chapel (440 S Coy Rd, Oregon, OH 43616).
