He is survived by: his wife Pam Spence; his children, Madison Spence, Courtney and Eric Hymore (Stephannie); his grandchildren, Cooper, Wesley, Keegan, Wyatt and Keira; and his brother Donald Spence (Norma).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Freck Funeral Chapel (1155 S Wynn Rd, Oregon, OH 43616). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
