He is survived by: his wife Ginger Smith; his children, Courtney Cousino (Aaron), Alexus Smith and Seth Rybak; his grandchildren, Kaleb, Mason, Addy, Mckenlee and Royce; his great grandchild Adrian; and his nieces, Shelly, Kelly and Jennifer.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Freck Funeral Chapel (1155 S Wynn Rd, Oregon, OH 43616). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Calendar Freck Funeral Chapel (1155 S Wynn Rd, Oregon, OH 43616).
