He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Kraemer and Matilda Kraemer; his wife Beverly A. Stack; and his brothers, Willard J. Shears Jr. and Lawrence C. Shears.
He is survived by: his children, Fred Kraemer Jr. (Kim), Angela Adams (Joe) and Eric Kraemer (Nicole); his grandchildren, William Ernest, Matthew Ernest, Vern Jensen (Katherine), Jennifer Molyet (Phil), Stephanie Kraemer, Nicole Kraemer, Natile Amenio (Dominic), Chelsea Tucker (Aarik), Jeb Shook (Rachel), Brandi Adams, Eric Adams (Tiffany), Ceaira Adams, Cinya Adams and Kaiya Lowe; his siblings, Beverly Cousino and Norma Guiher; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Rosa, Ava and Savannah. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
