He is survived by: his sons, Frederick Randall Noel and Frank Raymond Noel Sr. (Jessica); his grandchildren, Freddie (Whitney), Alexis, Frank Jr. (Gloria), Haley, Kelsey and Gage; his great grandchildren, Addison, Isabella, Moriah, Paul, Alexander, Nicklas, Jameson, Judith and Walker; and his sisters, Sue Roberts and Nancy Smith (Bernie).
