She is survived by: her children, Jason, Jodi (Jim), Jami and Juli (Becca); her brothers, Jim and Bart; and her grandchildren, Samantha, Jorden, Dominic and Sydney. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
