He is survived by: his wife Nancy Smith; his daughters, Teresa and Jessica; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Antonio, Tylor, Devin, Jesse, Daniel, Destiny, Victoria, Elizabeth and Ciara; his great grandchildren, Zayden Wayne and Jay Shawn; and his niece Kim.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home (440 S Coy Rd, Oregon, OH 43616). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
