As John departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though John may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy John leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Uhrman and Hulda Uhrman (Zingg); and his son-in-law Clarence "Clancy" Gordon. He is survived by: his wife Shirley (Olejniczak); his children, John Uhrman Jr. (Fran) and Patricia Gordon; and his grandchildren, Lauren Uhrman and Sam Gordon.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home - Oregon Chapel (440 S Coy Rd, Oregon, OH 43616). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
