He is survived by: his mother Joyce Smart; his children, Jason Smart (Sarah), Joseph Smart (Melanie), Melissa Smart and Kevin Smart (Alexis); his siblings, David Smart, Kenneth Smart (Sonya), Angela Thomas (Frank) and Joe Smart (Shelly); and his nephew Micheal Smart. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
