He is survived by: his wife Evelyn (Sigler); his children, Nathan Avery (Nicole), Holly Rugg (Timothy) and Ryan; his grandchildren, Brookelynn Rodriguez (John), Averi DeWeese (Cameron), Ryan Avery Jr., Adelyn Rugg, Blake Avery, Trinton Avery, Kathlynn Avery, Easton Avery and Evan Avery; his great grandchild Ensleigh Rodriguez; his close friend Ken Chisholm; his siblings, Ernie Jr. Avery (Cindy), Jim Avery (Judy), Cathy Lorton (John), Danny Avery (Debbie), Steve Avery (Pam) and Donise Bickerstaff; and his sister-in-law Vickie Avery. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
