We are sad to announce that on October 7, 2025, at the age of 86, Marilyn Ruth Fouke of Oregon, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. Hoffman and Ruth W. Hoffman (Baughn); her children, John Fouke and Connie Nelson; her granddaughter Gabriella Cashin; her great grandchild Conor Campos; her siblings, John Hoffman, Al Hoffman, Ned Hoffman and Joan Haugh; and her brother-in-law William Fouke.
She is survived by: her husband James Fouke; her children, James III Fouke (Paula), Jane Teneyck (John), Sally Cashin, Jeff Fouke (Allison), Scott Cashin (Jennifer) and Toni Hallett (Anthony); and her siblings, Jerry Hoffman (Louanne), Jimmy Hoffman, Diane Nordhoff and Denise Benschoter (Kevin). She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Freck Funeral Chapel (1155 S Wynn Rd, Oregon, OH 43616). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
