He is survived by: his wife Karen Osborne; his children, Tiffany Osborne-Garcia (Chad), Michael, Timothy Osborne and Aaron Collins (Mandee); his stepchildren, Jessica Tucker and Andrew Velte; his grandchildren, Raine, Chad (CJ), Mckenzie, Trevor, Landon, Alyssa, Tegan and Katelyn; his nieces, Whitney, Samantha, Brittany and Tara; his stepgrandchildren, Tyler Tucker, Madison Velte and Charlotte Velte; his brother Brian (Debé); his sister-in-law Debbie Freels (Gerald); and his pet Harley Rose.
