Mildred B. Smith Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mildred B. Smith of Oregon, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 25, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles D. Fately and Mabel O. Fately (Zoll); her husband Robert S. Smith; her son James; her daughter-in-law Roberta Smith; her siblings, David Fately and Inez Stephenson; her grandson Anthony G. Stribling, Jr.; her great grandchild Davion Stribling; and her close friend Alice Horn.
She is survived by: her children, Michael R., Susan M. Smith, Linda S. Rock, Robert P. (Rosalinda) and Thomas M. (Melissa); and her brother-in-law Richard Smith. She is also survived by 16 Grandchildren and 20 Great-Grandchildren.
