Phyllis leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Phyllis’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Phyllis will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Toledo and Phyllis; her grandmother Phyllis; and her husband Joe. She is survived by: her sons, David and Stuart; her daughter-in-law Debbie; and her granddaughter Ilana (Michael Dahan).
A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Beth Shalom Cemetery (420 Otter Creek Rd, Oregon, OH 43616).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Phyllis's memory can be made to Congregation B'nai Israel in honor of her lifelong commitment to community and compassion.
