He is survived by: his wife Lola Crouse; his daughters, Toni Wilbarger (Dave) and Laurie Crouse; his grandchildren, Cara Engle (Tanner) and Kevin Witt (Mackenzie); his great grandchildren, Harper, Henry Engle and Blaire Witt; his nephews, Dave, Matt Crouse (Erin), Nick and Eric Coutcher (Kathy); and his niece Jessie Moyer (Harry).
