He is survived by: his wife Jean; his daughters, Melissa Lodge (Scott) and Amy Charles (Mathew); his grandsons, Cameron Lodge (Carmen) and Ethan Lodge; his siblings, Kristine Clark and Timothy Clark (Pamela); and his sister-in-law Cheryl Clark. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and loving family members.
