He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Fix and Joan Fix (Zdybek); his siblings, James Fix and Patricia Mandell; and his sister-in-law Beverly Fix.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Fix (Magrum); his daughters, Carrie DeWeese (Dale), Kelly Clark and Mary Sprague (Larry); his grandchildren, Samantha Witty (Dean), Nicole Sheehan (Nick), Caitlyn Sprague (RJ) and Cameron DeWeese (Averi); his great grandchildren, Weston Witty, Kiera Witty and Lainey Sheehan; his brother Norman Fix; and his brother-in-law Larry Mandell.
In Robert's name, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Hospice of Northwest Ohio, or The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center – Dementia Research and Clinical Trials.
