She was predeceased by: her parents, Warner Chapman and Cindy Chapman (Osburn); her husband Charles "Chooch"; her children, Patricia, Richard, Terry, Chuck, Connie, Christina and Glenna; and her grandchildren, Andy, Corey, Kimberly, Chad, Chucky, Connie and Andrea.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth (Mary), Marcella Amerson, Mark Smoot, Dave Smoot, Tammy Frampton Smoot (Chris) and Joyce McGee (Rich). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home (440 S Coy Rd, Oregon, OH 43616). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
