Ruth Ann Utter Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Utter of Oregon, Ohio, who passed away on November 10, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, W. Heston Sparks and Loretta Sparks (Robinson); her husband Richard Utter; and her siblings, William, Richard, Cecile, Jean, Rena and Marilyn.

She is survived by : her children, Jane (James), Jeff (Joann) and John (Lyndsey); her grandchildren, Jacqueline, Samantha (Erik), Elizabeth (Daniel), Joshua (Melissa), Joseph, Megan (Willie), Ethan (Danielle) of Kayla, JJ, Jaxon and Jett; her great grandchildren, Jase, Noah and Adelynn; her brother James Sparks; and her sister-in-law Sharon Utter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, loving family members and friends.
