She was predeceased by: her parents, Odene Carroll and Patricia Carroll (Jones); her son-in-law David Lott; and her brother Terry Carroll. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Miller; her children, Ferdinand Miller (Stacy), Chad Miller (Barbara), Heather Lott, Tait Miller (Amber) and Zebulin Miller (Sarah); her grandchildren, Meghan, Ian, Dawson, Faith, Wyatt, Kennedy, Owen, Bodee, Ferdinand and Thomas; and her siblings, Michele Mauder (David), Odene Carroll and Larry Carroll (Linda). She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Freck Funeral Chapel (1155 S Wynn Rd, Oregon, OH 43616). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
Memorial contributions in Sandra's memory can be given to the Oak Harbor Wrestling Club.
