He is survived by: his son Terry Campbell III; his granddaughter Victoria (Shane); his great grandchildren, Evelynn and Emery; his siblings, Madonna, Lyle Sr., Theresa and Jackie; and his close friends, Alyssa and Garrett Purdham.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel (440 S Coy Rd, Oregon, OH 43616).
