Thomas Michael Curley Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Thomas Michael Curley of Oregon, Ohio. Thomas, born on August 28, 1942, passed away on October 12, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas P. Curley and Ursula M. Curley; his siblings, Kay Ann Curley, Carol Slaybaugh and Danny Curley; and his granddaughter Emily Curley.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Curley (Chorba); his children, Denise Miller (Kevin), Paula Nearhood (Jim), Christopher Curley (Olivia Leverich), Kelli Curley and Erin Curley; his sister Marianne Palinski (Ken); his aunt Corrine Peth; his grandchildren, Kimberly Abdo (Mo), Kregg Miller, Katelyn Miller, Steven Nearhood (Kailey), Michael Nearhood, Samantha Way, Jocosa Way, William Curley and Matthew Curley; his great grandchildren, Zoe Hayman, Jud Hayman and Liliana Abdo; and his pets, Quincy, Abigail and Mandi. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Freck Funeral Chapel (1155 S Wynn Rd, Oregon, OH 43616). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church (4555 N Haven Ave, Toledo, OH 43612).
Memorial contributions are appreciated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Oregon Democratic Club.
