She was predeceased by : her parents, Garrett Lowe and Myrtle Lowe (Williamson); and her brother John Lowe. She is survived by : her husband John Andrews; her son Tom Lowe of Columbus; her grandchildren, Jenny, Andrew, Elizabeth and Kathren; her sister Katherine Miller of Delaware County; her stepchildren, John Andrews and Jess Andrews; and her nephew Johnny Lowe. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
