She is survived by: her mother Phyllis Gray (Martin); her husband Samuel J Maynard; her son Samuel R Maynard (Melissa); her grandchildren, Brynna, Caleb, Brayden, Chloe, Kyler and Kynlea; her brother Jim Gray (Sandy); and her brother-in-law Grady Maynard (Jennifer Beverly).
