We announce the death of Roma Madeline Crawford of Orient, Ohio, who passed away on July 25, 2026, at the age of 95. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carson Curry and Anice Ramey Curry; her former husband Marvin Pruitt; her husband Marvin Crawford; her siblings, Lettie Bell, Margaret Marie Curry, William Major Curry, Minuard Josh Curry (Shirley) and Carson Curry Jr. (Joyce); and her siblings-in-law, Judy Pack, Charles F. Chelf and Clifton Lamar Curry.

She is survived by: her children, James Crawford of Orient and Theresa Susan Witeof (David) of Louisville, KY; her grandsons, Zachary Witeof (Alyssa) of Westminster, CO, Christopher Witeof (Aeon) of Louisville and Maxwell Witeof of Austin, TX; her great grandchildren, Zuri of Louisville and Athena Witeof of Louisville; her siblings, Nina Maxine Cook of Kiahsville, Myra Opal Bivens (Leonard) of Kiahsville, Brenda Gayle Byrley (Howard) of Kiahsville and Carl Jay Curry (Shelby) of Costa, WV; and her sister-in-law Judy Curry of Orient. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
