He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Hess; his siblings, Larry Hess and Lois; his brother-in-law Berry Arnold; and his parents, Lester Hess and Martha Hess.
He is survived by: his son Scott Miller (Cathy); his grandchildren, Lauren (Jim) of Blank and Nathan Miller (Ellie); and his sisters, Joyce Kuhns (Daryl), Donna Fritz (Dan) and Karen Brown (Kent). He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.
