She was predeceased by : her parents, William Lewis and Rosa Lewis (Blaylock); and her brothers, William Paul Lewis and Lyle Grear Lewis. She is survived by : her daughters, Paula Carpenter (Dana) of Wooster, Rebecca Caldwell (Bill) of Dallas, TX and Anna Brewer (Scott Wildenheim) of Chesterland; her grandchildren, Brittany (Shannon), Ben, Will, Max Henry and Terry (Quinn); her great grandchildren, Lukas, Kyla and Ezra; her siblings, Doris Wiseman of Orrville and Charles Lewis (Sandie) of Apple Creek; her sister-in-law Dorcas Lewis of Orrville; and her pet Dean.
