He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Amstutz and Eva Amstutz (Gerber); his grandsons, Jeryl Campbell, Jeremy Beachy, Owen Amstutz and Gabriel Beachy; and his siblings, Lester, Marvin, Paul, John and Ruth Hershberger (Melvin).
He is survived by: his children, James Amstutz (Sylvia) of Dalton, Judith Campbell (James) of Clear Spring, MD, Susan Amstutz of Dalton, OH, Rachel Danner (Merlin) of New Oxford, PA, Loretta Derstine (Allen) of Athens, WI, Beulah Dueck (Dale) of Mount Crawford, VA, Marilyn Beachy (Norman) of St. Ansgar, IA and Dorcas Amstutz of Dalton, OH; and his brother David Amstutz (Amanda). He is also survived by 46 grandchildren and 103 great grandchildren.
