He was predeceased by : his parents, Everett Bailey and Betty Bailey. He is survived by : his daughters, Patricia Stemple of Deltona, FL, Catrina Stemple of Deltona, FL, Theresa Becker of Smithville and Victoria Lopez-Bailey of Wooster; and his sister Patricia Ramsey of Ashland. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
