She is survived by: her children, Lori Moomaw (Tom) of Apple Creek, OH, Tawni Shupp (Kerby) of Orrville, Kathi Galehouse (John) of Doylestown and Todd Wallace (Elizabeth) of Orrville; her grandchildren, Alex Chomyak (Amber), Brittany Chomyak (Trent Shimanek), Jordan Galehouse, Jared Moomaw (Sarah), Adam Moomaw (Kelly Steiner), Jillian Shupp, B. J. Galehouse, Kate Shupp, Zoe Galehouse, James Shupp, Jayne Wallace, Ella Wallace and Jack Wallace; her great grandchild Ramsey Shimanek; and her sister Jean Vayda of Orrville.
