He is survived by: his wife Brenda A. Caulier; his children, Megan Brittany McIntyre of Orrville and Cody Alexander McIntyre (Kaitlin Oakleaf) of Ashburn, VA; his grandson Camden Cian McIntyre of Ashburn, VA; his sister Valarie VanHouten; and his uncles, Jim Lautzenhiser (Marla) and Kenny Brown. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
