He is survived by: his wife Barb; his children, Brett Neff (Beth) and Amanda Neff; his grandsons, Dakkotah Jeffries and Benjamin Rhyder; and his siblings, Mike Neff, Patsy Neff, Regina Sue Kegg and Tena Keenan.
