With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joy L. Becker of Orrville, Ohio, born in Barnesville, Ohio, who passed away on May 15, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Edmond Friesel and Charlotte Friesel (Haslam); her son Anthony Becker; and her brothers, Randy Gene, Mark, Edward Dean and Paul E. Friesel.
She is survived by : her close friend Jonathan Gibbs of Orrville; her children, Patricia Becker of Orrville, Shannon Champer (Shawn) of Orrville, Jeremy Becker of New Franklin, Joshua Becker (Theresa) of Orrville and Janee Hickson (Nevada) of Orrville; her grandchildren, Aubrey, Trent, Seth, Tobi, Lillian, Alexandria, Zayne, Jacklynn, Carter, Amiah and Isaiah; and her siblings, Mary "Jane" Mick of Wilmington, NC, Lorinda "Sue" Gilmore (Charles) of Marshallville, Dena Maxwell of Lisbon, Paula Kasserman of Rittman, Peggy Friesel (William "Randy") of Rittman, Peter Friesel of Dalton and Lurrie "Missy" Friesel of Millbersburg. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
