With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lawrence J. Marthey of Orrville, Ohio, born in Wooster, Ohio, who passed away on February 11, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Merle Marthey and Erma Marthey (Robb); his granddaughter Miranda Marthey; and his stepmother Helen Marthey. He is survived by : his wife Norma J. Campbell; his sons, Ed Marthey of Wooster, R. Joseph Marthey of Orrville, Jon Marthey (Sharon) of North Lawrence, Ron Marthey (Theresa) of Arthurdale, WV and Don Marthey of Batavia; his grandchildren, Joanna Marthey, Patricia Wilt, Nicholas Marthey, Benjamin Marthey and Autumn Marthey; his great grandchild Leighton Marthey; and his siblings, Roberta Moretti of Cuyahoga Falls and Harold "Butch" Marthey of Apple Creek.
