He is survived by: his wife Millie; his children, Marsha Tallman-Shonk (Jeffrey Dempsey) of Beckley, Marc Tallman (Caroline) of Wakeman and Marty Tallman (Jena) of Green; his grandchildren, Rickford Shonk, Nicholas Shonk, Trevor Tallman (Tori), Wilson Tallman, Brittany Keating, Emalee Robison (Zach Garrett), Madalynn Robison and Anthony Zunt; his great grandchildren, Vera Shonk, Nola Shonk, Iris Tallman, Elliana Garrett, Brinlee Garrett, Declan Keating, Maverick Zunt, Joey Keating, Phoenix Zunt and Colin Keating; and his siblings, Delmis Tallman (Sandy) of West Virginia, Roy Milton Tallman (Joyce) of West Virginia, Marsha Morris (Marlin) of West Virginia and Mike Tallman of West Virginia.
