She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Powers and Kate Hinkle (Beam); her former husband Ernest "Bud" McCartney; her husband Fred H. Seckel; her daughter Kimberly I. McCartney; her grandson Nathan Yoder; her son-in-law Kevin Yoder; her sisters, Betty Powers and Sue Powers; her stepbrothers, Danny Hinkle and David Hinkle; and her grandmother Martha Jane Powers.
She is survived by: her children, Tim McCartney (Tammy), Brad W. McCartney (Becky), Karen J. Diehl (Michael), Kristine McCartney and Fred Seckel Jr. (Chrissy Smyser); her sister Patricia L. Powers; her stepsiblings, Sandy Hinkle, Debbie Powers, Kathy Powers, Celia Powers and Tommy Powers; and her cousin Jenette Conrad (Shirley). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; many beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
