He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair Santmyer and Vivian Santmyer (Killian); and his siblings, Dennis Santmyer and Mary McMahon. He is survived by: his son Michael Santmyer of Kingman, AZ; and his siblings, Joy Slick (Matt) of Columbus, David "Slink" Santmyer (Linda) of Orrville and Amy Scheatzle (Jeff) of Canton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
